Set up a product demo with invites, brief and agenda

Schedules a recorded Bridge demo at a free time, invites the prospects, generates a brief and writes a demo agenda to the Notepad.

Outcome

  • A scheduled Bridge demo meeting with recording and AI notes on, and its join link.

  • An invitation with the join link sent to each prospect.

  • A brief on the prospects and a demo agenda tied to their needs in the meeting's Notepad.

How it works

  1. B

Check the history, by Search people by Bridge

Search each prospect's email. Keep anyone Bridge already knows, with their title and company.

  2. B

Read past calls, by Search meetings by Bridge

Search transcripts for company. Keep the needs, objections and questions already raised.

  3. B

Find a time, by Find free time by Bridge

Search window for slots of duration_minutes, with maxResults set to 100, and offer the user three. Keep the one they pick.

  4. B

Schedule the demo, by Create a meeting by Bridge

Create a meeting titled with company and the product at the chosen time, with prospects as invitees. Keep its recap_id and join link.

  5. B

Turn on recording, by Update a meeting by Bridge

Turn on recording, automatic recording, transcription and AI notes, and set lobby access to trusted so invited prospects who sign in with their invited email go straight in; anyone else waits in the lobby for you to admit them.

  6. B

Generate the brief, by Generate a meeting brief by Bridge

Generate the brief for the recap_id. Keep the attendee profiles and context.

  7. Write the agenda, by Your agent

Draft a demo agenda for use_case: a short intro, the two or three flows that answer the needs and objections from step 2, time for questions, and the next step to ask for. Show it to the user.

  8. B

Save the agenda, by Update a meeting notepad by Bridge

Append the approved agenda to the meeting's Notepad.

You'll be asked for

  • Who is coming, by email

    e.g. dana@acme.com, lee@acme.com

  • The prospect's company

    e.g. Acme

  • What they want to see

e.g. booking pages for their sales team

  • How long the demo runs

    e.g. 45

  • The days to look in

    e.g. next Monday to Wednesday

Set up a product demo with invites, brief and agenda

Schedules a recorded Bridge demo at a free time, invites the prospects, generates a brief and writes a demo agenda to the Notepad.

Set up the tools below, then run the steps in order for the user, carrying each step's results into the next. The run is done when the user has the outcome below.

Outcome

  • A scheduled Bridge demo meeting with recording and AI notes on, and its join link.
  • An invitation with the join link sent to each prospect.
  • A brief on the prospects and a demo agenda tied to their needs in the meeting's Notepad.

Inputs

Ask the user for these before you start.

  • prospects: who is coming, by email, e.g. dana@acme.com, lee@acme.com
  • company: the prospect's company, e.g. Acme
  • use_case: what they want to see, e.g. booking pages for their sales team
  • duration_minutes: how long the demo runs, e.g. 45
  • window: the days to look in, e.g. next Monday to Wednesday

Set up

Bridge (tool:bridge/search-people, tool:bridge/search-meetings, tool:bridge/find-free-time, tool:bridge/create-meeting, tool:bridge/update-meeting, tool:bridge/generate-meeting-brief, tool:bridge/update-meeting-notepad)

Use the MCP server. Add it to your agent's MCP settings, then sign in when asked.

{ "mcpServers": { "bridge": { "url": "https://api.meetonbridge.com/mcp" } } }
  • Search people: call the MCP tool search_people
  • Search meetings: call the MCP tool search_meetings
  • Find free time: call the MCP tool find_free_time
  • Create a meeting: call the MCP tool create_meeting
  • Update a meeting: call the MCP tool update_meeting
  • Generate a meeting brief: call the MCP tool generate_meeting_brief
  • Update a meeting notepad: call the MCP tool update_meeting_notepad

Note: Needs a paid Bridge plan (Professional or above); not on the free Starter plan or a trial. At sign-in the user grants read, or read and write, access. Call get_bridge_context first for the tools the plan and connection allow.

Notes:

  • Search meetings: Omit query to browse by date or participant. Pass a returned recapId to get_meeting_details for the full meeting.
  • Find free time: Range is at most 31 days; returns 20 slots unless maxResults (up to 100) is set. Without page, slots fall Mon to Fri 9:00 to 17:00 unless workingHours is passed. With page, returns the slots book_meeting accepts; an inactive page has none.
  • Create a meeting: Does not add an event to the user's calendar. Keep the returned recap_id: the brief, notepad and meeting calls take it.
  • Update a meeting: Invitees are not notified of a reschedule. Booking-page meetings are moved with reschedule_booking instead.
  • Generate a meeting brief: Takes up to a minute and keeps the user's Notepad. Needs a Bridge plan that includes pre-meeting briefs.
  • Update a meeting notepad: Appends by default; pass mode: replace to overwrite. Plain text only.

Before step 1, confirm access with the cheapest read-only call, like a list or a search. Never send or change anything to test access.

Rules

  • Use only the services set up above. The read-only calls they need, like listing ids or polling for results, are fine.
  • Ask the user before anything that sends messages, costs money, or changes data, and say how many records it touches. One approval covers a batch the user has seen.
  • Never print API keys.
