# Book a meeting

Books a guest onto an active booking page at a free slot, creating the meeting with a Bridge video link.

Note: Get the slot from `find_free_time` with `page` set to this booking page first. Sends a calendar invite and a confirmation email to the guest.

## Set up

Use the first option your agent supports.

Call the MCP tool `book_meeting`.

Note: Needs a paid Bridge plan (Professional or above); not on the free Starter plan or a trial. At sign-in the user grants read access, or read and write access for the calls that book, invite, create or send.

Before anything else, confirm access with the cheapest read-only call, like a list or a search. Never send or change anything to test access.

## Rules

- Ask the user before anything that sends messages, costs money, or changes data, and say how many records it touches. One approval covers a batch the user has seen.
- Never print API keys.
